September 6, 2016Hi Michael, thanks for your question. Inventory levels are imported from sales channels the first time you connect a sales channel. You can also upload .CSV files and update inventory directly in the Inventory Manager in your MultiChannelWorks account.

September 6, 2016Hi Jade thank you for your question. Yes certainly you can synchronize your inventory levels to all sales channels that you connect. Inventory is then tracked within your MultiChannelWorks account and as new orders are received and automatically imported into your account your inventory levels are adjusted and updated on all your sales channels. You also have complete control over which sales channels are updated and how by using the automation rules in ‘Channel settings’.
For Shopify we’ve built the integration for you Jade so you’re all good to go 🙂

I have listing on ebay and different listing on my Amazon account if I was to use multichannel software with they be combined meaning all listing on both and other sites. Also if my eBay account has selling limits would this effect anything.

we can provide csv files to export your product data so that you can then upload it to marketplaces etc howeverRevised: We now have functionality to bulk list listings to eBay, Amazon and Walmart with more to follow.
Our software also enables you to automate the back end ‘after the sale’ automation which means automating inventory, orders and shipping for example synchronizing inventory across all channels in real time as new orders are received. We also have integrations with FBA and other fulfillment centers and we can usually develop any custom integrations that you need quickly.

February 17, 2017So on ebay I have many products that are sold in lots eg 1 pack 2 pack 3 pack listings.
Currently when one of the lots sells all its items I have to manually rebalance the current stock level over the listings again, can multi channel works automatically adjust this for me?

The short answer is yes it can. Simply use the bundle mapping tool in the product catalog to map your product codes to the channel listings packages. The inventory levels for all parts of the bundle will be adjusted when orders are received and your sales channels will then be updated with the new stock levels within minutes.

I did not quite understand if this APP helps managing multiple warehouses.
Our operation has a e-commerce inventory (dedicated), but also 2 brick-and-mortar stores. I want to know if Multi Channel Works can have an unique inventory vision and automatically (based on automatization rules) define where each order will be fulfilled.
Do you have this inventory control?
